There is a fee of $15.00 for each additional person after double occupancy to a maximum of four adults.
Guest room rates quoted above are per room, per day and are subject to prevailing Maryland State sales tax (currently 6%) and local county room tax(currently 7%.).
Turf Valley Resort provides complimentary wireless high speed Internet access in all guest rooms and suites.
Guest room rates will be honored for attendees three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based on availability.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
In the event that we would not be able to hold our event at the venue due to a mandate all funds would be refunded.
If there is no mandate than the $50.00 non-refundable deposit would apply with the following cancellation policy:
More than 60 Days - 50% Refund
31-60 Days - 35% Refund
11-30 Days - 25% Refund
Less than 10 days - No Refund
